Create custom workflows to be triggered when certain criteria has been met. In this scenario, as a Payroll document has been added a notification is sent to the employee that their Payroll document has been added.

Custom security settings are very granular in that they can be used to allow or block users from seeing either the whole record or certain attributes of a record. Users can also be blocked from Editing or Viewing a particular field.

Application allows you to setup multi-level templates which allows users to create very complex hierarchies. Inside the Document Self Service, we demostrate on how users can setup multi-level templates that are tied together. The employee will have their Employment records, HR documents, Payroll documents and W2 documents all tied to their profile.
